🔄 End-to-End Workflow

Step 1: Scan

Using intraoral scanners like the CEREC Primescan 2, capture a detailed impression of the prepared tooth or arch.

Step 2: Design

In CEREC Software, design the restoration (crown, inlay, onlay, bridge, etc.) using intuitive CAD tools.

Step 3: Mill

Mill your zirconia block in a CEREC Primemill or MC X5. For optimal results, use CEREC Zirconia blocks.

Step 4: Sinter & Glaze

Transfer the milled restoration directly into the CEREC SpeedFire:

• Select sintering program (auto-assigned via software)
• Place restoration on sintering tray
• Press start

Step 5: Finish & Seat

After sintering/glazing, polish or stain the restoration if needed and bond it into place. The entire process—from scan to seat—can be completed in under 2 hours.
